Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Goodhaus sells and shares personal information as described in our Privacy Policy — this is the core of our matching service, in which the information you submit is provided to one or more independent Service Providers and marketing partners so they can contact you.

Depending on your state of residence (including California, and other states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Oregon, and Montana), you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of “targeted advertising.”

How to Opt Out

• Submit a request through our form: use our online form, state that your request is “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” and include the name, email, and phone number you used so we can locate and verify your record.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor recognized opt-out preference signals. If you enable GPC in a supported browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser and device.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authorization and may need to verify your identity.

Important Note

Opting out with Goodhaus stops future sales/sharing by us. It does not retract information already provided to Service Providers or partners, and it does not opt you out of communications from Service Providers you have already been matched with — you must contact those parties directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
