Goodhaus operates a free lead-generation and matching service. We connect homeowners and other users with independent, third-party Service Providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any remodeling, construction, or home-improvement work, and we are not a party to any agreement, communication, quote, or transaction between you and any Service Provider. Any relationship, contract, work, payment, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the Service Provider. See our Terms of Use.
The primary purpose of this website is to collect the information you provide and share, sell, and/or transfer it to one or more Service Providers and marketing partners so that they can contact you about your project. By submitting a request, you understand and agree that:
Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, project street address, city, ZIP code, project type, timeline, and any details you enter into our forms.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Marketing/attribution data: the page or campaign you came from, UTM parameters, referrer, and submission timestamp.
Information from third parties: we may receive information about you from advertising partners, analytics providers, or lead-verification services.
We may disclose, sell, or share personal information to/with: (a) Service Providers and lead buyers/partners; (b) our vendors and service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM, communications); (c) advertising and analytics partners; (d) affiliates; (e) a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and (f) government authorities or others where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
